It is a sad farewell when a long-standing F3 veteran makes a move because of a significant life event. And even more so when the event is so life changing that it takes you to the other side of the world!
But, it offers the opportunity for reflection. And a chance to learn that without the influence of F3, would it have even been on the agenda?
